Your would primarily responsible for the day-to-day appearance , tidiness, and condition of the amenity spaces.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.
g.
Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning; Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following:
electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations; Clean and maintain light fixtures for replacement bulbs.
Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a Clean as You Go mindset; Occasional weekend work is required for special events Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting; Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and Job Type:
