We are an established automation company located in North-Central Austin looking for a clean and motivated individual to work alongside our procurement manager managing the warehouse and specific tasks including project preparation and inventory management.
A requirement would be to learn the various parts and their purpose for everything you will be exposed to.
This knowledge will be utilized to perform your role efficiently and could be used to grow in the industry.
This position is vital for the company to run smooth, and we are willing to train someone with the ambition to learn.
Checking in parts Keeping track of picklists and updating picklists Managing the operations Trello board Rebates processing Processing returns Warehouse organization Updating inventory lists Preparing project folders Preparing hardware for jobs Maintaining stock Preparation of Lighting projects Ensure tech accountability for all parts being sent to a jobsite.
Occasionally delivering parts to jobs Monitoring company Chat for requested parts Positive attitude and respectful Understands the project schedule and what hardware is required.
General office tasks Staying on Task Must be able to lift 50lbs.
