The ideal candidate will fill an opening on our Business management team, working directly with Senior Management on all day-to-day operations.
The Entry Level Business Management position provides hands-on training on everything from our marketing and sales strategies, to our community outreach initiatives and office administration.

Responsibilities:
Work side by side with senior management to learn all aspects of daily business operations Attend and help facilitate sales and marketing strategies at pre-determined community-based events Track results and report back to senior management on potential improvements Participate in daily training opportunities and stay up to date with new business and outreach strategies Adhere to all company rules regarding sales and daily reports Participate in team meetings Additional duties may be assigned The Ideal Entry Level Business Manager Will:
Have a hunger to continuously challenge themselves to think outside the box and learn new potential strategies Be a constant student, unafraid to ask questions Be a natural leader and a superior team player Have a genuine interest in growing with a company Be local and able to start immediately Be looking for an opportunity to jumpstart their business career Job Type:
