For every question or concern our team members (Impacters) may have, our Human Resources team is ready to assist.
Our HR Assistant works to recruit top talent, provide administrative support, and ensure our staff have the resources they need to be successful.
While no two days are exactly alike, our HR Assistant can expect to order office supplies, place and answer calls, review resumes, and ensure an overall positive work environment.
By lifting up our team members, our HR Assistant helps to keep Impacters happy and Texans informed.
ABOUT YOU You'll know that you're a great fit for our HR Assistant role if you:
Bring at least 1-2 years of professional-level HR experience to the table (especially experience in Onboarding, Recruitment, and HRIS) Can coordinate the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of candidates to fill vacant positions Have experience assisting with new hire orientation Can prepare and review position and/ or job descriptions Can operate common office equipment including but not limited to computers, printers, phones, and postage machines Have experience using MacOS and troubleshooting common technical issues Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing both short-term and long-term projects Have great interpersonal and communication skills Approach problems with a solutions-focused approach and an adaptable mindset Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable employment laws Feel passionate about supporting your teammates and your local community WHY JOIN COMMUNITY IMPACT Starting pay of $24 per hour ($50,000 annually) Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in your first year, with increasing vacation amounts at 1, 2, 4, and 7 years of tenure 10 paid holidays per year, plus a paid day off for your birthday Medical, dental, vision, and employer-paid life insurance Supplemental insurance options including accident, disability, and pet insurance Requirements:
Minimum Requirements 1-2 years of HR experience required Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Previous HRIS experience is a plus (If you know Paylocity and Pillar even better) Love working in an office environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
