Job Overview The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the critical task of shipping out orders all over the world for our ecommerce bead store.
We are known in the industry for our quick turnaround of orders to shipments, and this position is the key! Hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties Pick, package, and ship merchandise for orders with speed, attention to detail, and accuracy Work with Stamps.
com to print domestic and international postage Process inventory as necessary to fill orders Help process received products for inventory Help maintain website by adding new products, adjusting inventory, and correcting mistakes Answer customer service queries via email and phone Be willing to shift priorities on short notice Keep supply of labels, forms, and boxes stocked Take and edit photos of products for website (optional) Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma Comfortable and accurate with alphanumeric systems Excellent problem solver.
Must be able to work independently and problem-solve without specific instruction.
Positive attitude a must! No grumpies work here! Willing to chip in on any task - even taking out the garbage Experience and/or interest in beads and jewelry is helpful Available for occasional extra hours Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time Able to lift 30lbs Computer familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher Ability to learn new computer software programs
