Prepare and ship products in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist the Executive Assistant in managing any requests of information regarding the Office.
Assist in planning, set up, and breakdown at events Work independently, displaying a high level of focus and attention to detail.
Identify and resolve any problems or issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and vendors through effective communication.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to shipping and receiving.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of shipments.

Ensure vendors handle merchandise carefully to avoid damages and losses that could affect shrink Notify management of potential shrink problems, product availability problems, or potential security problems Maintains all shipments are organized and labeled properly Trains others on receiving and shipping as needed Maintain a professional, honest working relationship with all team members and customers.
Dispose of trash as needed Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement Present favorable impression in dress, personal hygiene and business attitude Other duties assigned by management Frequently- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
