Tasks and

Troubleshoot computer-related problems, providing timely solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service-related requests in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, demonstrating your ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
Possess advanced knowledge of computers and their hardware components to troubleshoot and provide accurate guidance to customers.
Reliable and punctual, with a positive and customer-centric attitude.
Availability between 9:
00 AM and 5:
00 PM, Monday to Friday, to ensure adequate coverage for customer inquiries and support.
