Task and Responsibilities Work directly with customers over the phone or email.
Place orders for customers.
Provide information about products or services we provide.
Quickly troubleshoot computer-related issues.
Handle returns and other issues.
Requirements Previous customer service work history Advanced knowledge of a computer and the hardware inside it.
We need a reliable person with a positive attitude.
Availability between 9:
00 AM and 5:
00 PM Monday-Friday.
