We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk.
As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting the overall operational assistance of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in accordance with established procedures - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Support payroll management, including data entry and processing - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles - Proficiency in using accounting software QuickBooks Desktop version is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations is preferred We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
